why do you have to put the replacement blade at the butt end of the stick?
i want to cut the blade off my hockey stick and put a replacement blade on it. People tell me to cut off the blade and use that part as the handle. Then they told me to put the replacement blade at the butt end of the hockey stick.. i am wondering why?
The only reason I can think of is that you have a one piece TAPERED composite stick and that you're trying to put a standard fit blade in which'd only fit on the butt end side.
