what type of the Welding needed for the Automobile Sheet Metal work ?
Why the only SPOT why not others ?
Even though the spot weld is not reliable always ?More chances of breaking the spots ?
What can be the reasons of breaking the spots in sheet metal ?
Some people use MIG, I use TIG welding. It is harder with thin steel because you can burn through it but if you crank the Amps down around 60A and keep the torch a little farther away (to get a larger weld diameter) then you should be fine.
