Okay, we are performing at our school concert & our dumb drama teacher is making our performance be about this boring cotton mill! It's not funny, there's no music & it's just not what you want to watch at a concert!
What do we do!?

You can't really do much, as your teacher/director is in charge. Frankly, its really quite often that teachers force students to do stupid shows, and the students have to live with it. My advice would be to give it some personal touches- throw in your own jokes if they're funny, mix lines up a little bit, etc.
